For each order placed in our store, BagnoeRicambi issues a fiscal receipt or accompanying invoice for the shipped materials depending on the request.
For the issuance of an invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of order is used, as required and mandatory. Shipping costs are as follows:
For our customers in the United Kingdom or the United States, please note that import duties and customs taxes may apply to the products ordered. These costs are always the responsibility of the buyer and may vary depending on the value and nature of the items purchased.

Shipping costs are borne by the Customer and are clearly stated at the time of order placement. The Customer owes nothing more than the total amount of the order. All orders placed will be shipped as follows:
All orders placed by 12:00 PM from Monday to Thursday will be shipped on the same day, with delivery expected within 24/72 hours.
For orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday until the following Monday, shipment will be scheduled for the following Monday, with delivery expected within 24/72 hours.
Each shipment will be accompanied by a shipping and/or tracking code, which will be sent only after the package has been shipped with one of the following couriers: SDA, TNT, Bartolini, or DHL.
Shipments outside of Italian territory will be handled by couriers specializing in international transport, following the same procedures as Italian shipments. Delivery times vary depending on the destination of the goods.
For orders with Cash on Delivery payment, an additional fee of €5.00 VAT included is applied.
At the time of delivery by the courier, the Customer is required to check for any tampering or openings of the package/envelope.
Any damages to the packaging and/or product must be immediately reported by writing a CONTROL RESERVE (SPECIFYING THE REASON FOR THE RESERVE, e.g., "punctured packaging," "crushed packaging," etc.) on the courier’s delivery receipt. Once the courier's document is signed, the Customer cannot raise any objection regarding the external characteristics of the delivered goods.
Shipments are exclusively made by express courier.
BagnoeRicambi does not ship with couriers that do not provide package tracking.
